Did you purchase a voucher and change your mind? Under EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your voucher purchase within 14 days of receipt, provided the voucher has not been used or redeemed.

Please note:

  • This form is exclusively for unused vouchers.

  • If the voucher has already been fully or partially used to book a pod, it can no longer be cancelled or refunded.

  • This form cannot be used to cancel pod bookings.
