When is payment to be made?

Payment is required in full at the time of booking.

What is your cancellation policy?

We offer a free cancellation period of 2 weeks before your scheduled stay and free rescheduling up to 1 week before the scheduled date.

What are the check in/out times?

We work with a self check-in and check-out system. Check-in is at 3pm and check-out at 11am. We will text your mobile number on your booking shortly before your stay with a code for the gate and a code for the key lockbox.

Can I check in early / check out late?

There is no option for late check-out. Luggage may be dropped into the main house upon arrival before 3pm. Until that time, we ask that you park your car inĀ  main car park of The Parkview House.

How many people does each pod sleep?

We allow 2 people maximum per pod, including its private surrounding area.

Do you accept stag/hen parties?

At Shillelagh Glamping pods we believe in providing a more holistic glamping experience experience. Therefore, we do not accept hen/stag parties.

Are you pet friendly?

We cannot accommodate any pets at this moment.

Do you have WIFI?

Yes, free WIFI is available at the glamping pods.

Can you smoke in the pods?

Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.

Is food available in the pods?

There are no cooking facilities in the pods. However, there is a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine, along with crockery and cutlery.

Food is served in our restaurant Thursday - Sunday from 12 noon to 8pm. Pizza can be ordered 7 days a week. Breakfast is available before 12 noon upon request.

What is your noise policy?

We ask to limit the noise after 11pm on weekdays, but please be considerate of other pod guests and neighbours at all times.

Is there a car park?

Yes, we have a private and secure car park for our pod guests. You will access the car park with a code for the gate which will be provided shortly before check-in. We offer a public car park for those arriving early.

Is there a local taxi service available?

Please contact us directly if you need us to organise local transportation.
